The Honourable Randy Boissonnault, PC

For over twenty years, Randy Boissonnault has advised business clients on matters of growth, strategy, leadership and community development.

First elected to Parliament in 2015, Randy served as Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Heritage. He served as Canada’s first and only Special Advisor to the PM on LGBTQ2 Issues and is the Co-Founder of the Global Equality Caucus. He is a graduate of the University of Alberta and of Oxford University.

Following his re-election in 2021, Randy held several senior cabinet roles including Minister of Tourism and Associate Minister of Finance, and later Minister of Employment, Workforce Development and Official Languages.

As Minister of Tourism, Randy championed Canada's tourism industry recovery post-pandemic and worked to position Canada as a world-leading destination. In his finance role, he contributed to economic policy development during a critical period of global economic uncertainty. As Minister of Employment, Randy focused on workforce development and skills training to address labour market challenges across Canada.
